This is built to last.The keys have that industrial feel, a definite click that can be felt and heard.The screen is bright, clear and sharp.Menu functions are comprehensive.Best of all it is loud; that suits my hearing.What a house brick. Not going to misplace this one easily and I doubt if it will get stolen!Would have achieved 5 stars if it had WiFi connection.

Very poor service

The pnone has discharged its battery ever since I purchased the phone. I have been in conctact with the seller several times and the phone has been sent to Germany twice for repair. They have not sold the problem and I have had a useless phone since i bought it. As a busy vet this is no good to me. I now wish to retun the phone and get a full refund + a refund for the expensses I have had returning the phone for a socalled repair.

bought this phone in june 2012, it is now going back for repair (1st time) with the rubber coming off near the keypad - will see how good they are at repairing it, was not happy that the call centre is in india !!the phone is good, dropped various times and no damage to case or screen (not even any scratches on the gorilla glass.was very difficult to get settings for the phone, as o2 wouldnt help nor would sonim, internet search helped and solved it.all in all a very good phone, ring tone could be louder though, very good battery life (4 days)
