great phone, but have had lots of probs

First off, I love this phone for what it can do when it works...I had it for a year, no problems worked fine, and loved all the features. The battery life is great, the camera is brilliant, and the internet is nice and fast and easy to use. I have always used Sonys and was quite disappointed when after 12 months the speaker failed. I could only use it when on speaker phone. So I sent it away to be fixed and it came back fine. Then a couple of months later I closed the handset and the picture froze, half of the screen went stripey and bright coloured and the other half still had my background pic from the desktop on it, so I sent it away again. They replaced the handset with a brand new one, then a couple of months later this brand new handset failed. I was at a festival, taking pictures and went to press the top button to get my pic up to see it and nothing happened. So I turned the phone off and on again and when it came back on it said I had no battery, no signal, no contacts and was in another language! (possibly Polish or something). I managed to get it back to English but had no luck with it going back to normal with the battery and signal and contacts. I was due to upgrade in a month so didn't want to have to send the handset away for a 3rd time, so I did a master reset on both the settings and the complete one and it didn't work, so I ended up having to reinstall all the software which (luckily) worked!I would have given it a 2 star because of the problems I've had with it, but I really do like all the features, especially the camera and the battery life (the media players quite funky too). Also being able to quickly watch youtube is pretty neat too.I also really like the googlemaps (the satnav you have to pay for after a months free tho) which has helped out in a few times when I've visited places I haven't known!So the good features do still win me over, letting me give it a 3.With a bit more reliable software and ear pieces, this phone could have definitely been a 5 star phone :)

An Amazing Phone

This little number is one of the best phone's I have had, and I have had alot of mobile phone's. The Battery last just short of a week. As per usual with Sony Ericsson it looks stunning and has one of the best camera's available today on a phone. Well worth the price. Would have given more stars if I could have.
