Awful,cheap,nasty garbage

Awful piece of garbage that makes me want to puke everytime i see it in my cupboard.Used once.Charge lead would not work,returned it,was sent a replacement,did not work again.Over the course of 8 months i tried to obtain a refund BUT whilst it's supposed to be guaranteed for 12 months...after 6 months with no resolution to the problem i gave up because the company i purchased from said it was costing them too much money to keep sending me new charging leads even though i had asked on multi occasions for a replacement! Now because i had had the item for 8 months and the item had been used (once to charge it up and therefore used once too!!) they refused me a refund and refused to send any more charging leads but also would not now repair the item because it was used for 8 months!!!!! terrible waste of money on my part and the customer services at the company i used was awful! Never again! Plenty of other makes of mobile watches around,i'd advise you seek out one that actually works and make sure that the guarantee is for 12 months before even contemplating purchasing this piece of cheap rubbish!

When I saw this product on Amazon I liked the design and the description of its components. I got it in August 2010(hot craze)) and only opened the case 7 months later. At first it looked and worked well though chunky. After 3weeks I had a bleep with the battery cos it will not charge. I contacted Swap for advice via email as their phone was not answered. The reply was unhelpful as it asked so many questions and not addressed the question about how to get it working. I rep lugged the watch and the battery charged . I thought all was well again but to my surprise it stopped charging while I was on holiday in Spain. Very annoying. I have since read on the net that someone with a similar problem remained unresolved. I also tried to see if one could get new battery or charger cable without luck. The support for this expensive toy doesn't look promising. If I have another opportunity I will not spend my hard earned money on this unsupported piece of deception. I will give an update on my effort to get this sorted.Should I be optimistic..? Not so sure. Iam however hopeful...Lai

i own a swap signature watch phone , i used to have the swap classic i think the classic was swaps first watch phone.I was very happy with it, did what it says on the tin,lasted me over a year but sadly i damaged it at work.I ordered a swap active after that but sadly the active developed a fault with sound.I have to say Swap company were extremly helpful tryimg to sort problem , in the end Swap allowed me to pay extra for the Swap signature.I am very pleased with it, sound quality when using the phones mic and speaker is very good, build quality the watch seems robust, the leather strap that comes with it is also well made.Strap is a little fiddly at first but when you get used to it you realise that its also robust.I listen to music direct from phone speaker and i think sound quality is very good especially from such a small unit. Camera and Video i give 6/10 for pic quality .Bluetooth works great both for taking calls and recieving and sending files.When it comes to saving files amd moving them about in the watches memory its definatly a head scratcher, but you can get used to it in the end. It is a heavy watch but not too heavy, i have owned much heavier.I have to say i really like it....
