Unfortunately, although i believe that the phone had a lot of potential, this one was sold to me defective and i haven't had any redress.The phone was still locked - not sim free as claimed - and every now and then it turns itself off as an incoming call is ringing.Am very disappointed with this purchase, have contacted the seller and Amazon,to no avail.I WOULD be very careful with purchases from the Market Place

I've owned a Flip for over a year, it is the first phone that I've not replaced at the end of the 12 month contract.Good Points: Small size; Great keypad; Personally I like Sure Type; Tough & well made; Intuitive operating system, Great for EMail & messaging.Bad Points: Picture quality could be better although this may be due to the dust accumulated on and in the lens; Internet browsing does work but the screen is small; No 3G; No GPS; Blackberry Apps not in the same league as iphone.Conclusion: A solid, dependable work phone.
