love this phone

Decided i needed a rugged wee phone as my lifestyle demands it, i can safely say im very happy with this purchase, been using it for a few months now, its been out kayaking with me several times, taken to water parks and used to film while going down slides and out of water bazookas, cant vouch for the shock resistance as i havent dropped it but the wet finger tracking works well in real world use, ie rainthe small screen size was a worry for me before receiving the handset but after a few hours using it i wasnt worried at all the layout just worksevery phone should be waterproof

Screen and camera are the weak points

First of all, pardon for my English...I own this phone for the last 10 months and use it for outdoor activities, like biking, running, and kayaking. Needed a tough phone with GPS.The Screen is too small for internet. But I knew that before I bought it, and can live with that. No problem for me.Also the screen is not bright enough for outdoor when the sun is shinning. You will have dificulty to see what's on the screen. That is strange for an outdoor phone (from Sony), right?!The camera only take medium quality photos with good light. Forget indoor or night photos...(It's a Sony?)The GPS is ok and fast to get signal.Already drop it on (concrete, stone, wood, etc...)floor several times without any problems. So, good shockproof! :)Already made some underwater videos, without a problem. Well, the only problem is that I must be carefull with the way (while recording) to get the phone underwater (must be very slowly and in the diagonal...), otherwise it will stop recording, like if the water presses the screen and stops the recording mode. Although I disable the camera's touch mode when using it underwater.The battery don't last to long. You must manage the aplications and the comunnicatiosn (Bluetooth, Wifi,GPS) If you what it to last 1 day.For me, the screen and the camera are the weak points in this phone.Hope that Sony rectify this issues in the next generation.
