I received a free spare battery and two protective screen covers & matching white case in my order.***Update***Sunday 9th June 2013After using this phone for 3 days, I've noticed that it lags a lot and the phone battery life is absolutely awful that's why two batteries are supplied. The batteries only last about 3 or 4 hours maximum!!.Buyer beware. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this particular product.Regards,Kegan

we have ordered two of these phones and have found them to be great value. The battery has a long life before it needs recharging, the camera takes fantastic pics including panoramic shots and it is excellent for surfing web and download of apps. If you want an economical alternative to the Galaxy S4, then this is it. Highly recommended!

The phone looks and feels nice but is it worth the price paid?The big let down is that, I paid the higher price as it was stated that you get a free case and screen protector with the phone.I got No Screen protector and I now have had the phone for a few months and still waiting for the screen protector.I had to buy the screen protector separately to protect the phone.The battery life on the phone is terrible and you will be lucky to get a full day on a fully charged battery, I have not put too many apps on the phone to avoid the battery being drained even quicker.The sound level of the ring tone is very poor even if you put on the outdoor mode.Plenty of other good smart phones available, which would give you a longer battery life.
